- Refund requests take 10-15 business days for initial review and processing by our team.
Payment Partner Processing:
- After approval, the refund is sent to the payment processor, which takes an additional 6–8 business days to complete.
Bank Processing:
- Once the payment processor has transferred the refund, your bank may take up to 10 business days to reflect the funds in your account.

Total Refund Timeline:
- Please allow up to 45 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the payment method used and bank policies.
2. Refund Eligibility & Terms
Airline Policy Compliance
Beyond Travels adheres to the refund policies set forth by airlines. The refund amount depends on the fare type, cancellation reason, and airline-specific policies.
- Some low-cost carrier and promotional fares may be non-refundable.
- Partially used tickets may be eligible for a prorated refund, depending on the airline’s policy.

3. Full Refunds
You are entitled to a full refund (ticket base fare + taxes) under the following conditions:
